 Paul obtained his BS from the University of Nebraska in 1987 and his Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries in
1994. He has been consulting with large employers and employer groups for 20 years. Paul has consulted in all
areas of employee group benefits. Paul is an expert on the design, pricing and funding of such employee and retiree
group benefit plans.
Paul founded ACS in 2002. Prior to ACS, Paul worked as a senior consultant at two national consulting firms,
Mercer Human Resource Consulting and Hewitt Associates. Before that Paul was an actuary for CIGNA Healthcare.
