The Claims Tracking System (CTS) is a database platform that manages all the client’s group health plan data. This includes data for self-insured plan claims, fully insured plan costs, eligibility data, and administrative costs. The CTS normalizes data from different third party administrators so that claims experience is comparable across vendors. By providing a single source for all plan data, the CTS allows us to provide plan reporting and consulting more efficiently and effectively.

The CTS stores data at sufficient detail to support even the most demanding reporting and planning requirements. The CTS can provide claims experience at an individual claimant level of detail. Claims are available by paid and incurred date, and just a few examples of fields available for reporting include diagnosis, procedure, facility, provider, subscriber, and claimant information. Moreover, the CTS can be customized to support your specific needs at a price that is more competitive than the “one size fits all” products currently available in the marketplace.

Our clients have access to the CTS results in a number of different output formats:

1. As data tables that can be viewed and queried in Microsoft Access.
2. IN ACS’s utilization reporting tool, the Medical Plan Management and Performance Report (MedMAP).
3. In ACS’s financial reporting tool, the Plan Accounting Information & Management Report (PlanAIM).
4. In customized reports designed specifically for you.
